YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Inout RealEstate IS NOT A PARTY TO ANY AGREEMENTS ENTERED INTO BETWEEN BUYERS,SELLERS AND AGENTS & HAS NO CONTROL OVER THE CONDUCT OF AGENTS/BUYERS/SELLERS & OTHER PARTIES RELATED OF THE SITE OR ANY PROPERTIES, AND DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY IN THIS REGARD TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DETAILS LISTED BY A USER OR ANY ABUSIVE CONTENTS THAT MAY OR MAY NOT APPEAR ON SITE. WE DO NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DISPUTES OF ANY SORT BETWEEN ANY PARTIES THAT MAY OR MAY NOT HAPPEN.

Modifications

If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only solution is to cease using the Site.
